Max45 All-Axle

The Max45 is the big cousin of our All-Axle hub motor: a wider 45 mm stator gives it noticeably more torque and power, up to around 2000 watts, while keeping the same direct-drive simplicity and regenerative braking. At about 6 kg it is built for fatbikes, cargo bikes, and demanding high-power builds where the standard All-Axle would run out of headroom.

It mounts front and rear on fatbike frames, in both thru-axle and slotted dropouts, and our newer single-speed version brings that same power to regular 135 mm frames too. See the Max45 in action in our video, or read the single-speed story on our blog.

Not sure where to start? Build a complete kit for your bike step by step in the kit builder, or check the compatibility guide to see which motors fit your frame. You can also compare performance in the motor simulator, browse real conversions in the project gallery, or if you're new to ebikes, start with our Start Here guide.
