Bafang G31X Kits

The Bafang G310/G311 are the smallest, lightest hub motors we carry (~2.3 kg): a silent, discreet geared motor for light-assist ebike conversions, front or rear.

Shengyi SX Kits

The Shengyi SX1 and SX2 are medium-power geared hub motors: a step up from the Bafang G310, with silent helical gears and freewheeling for drag-free coasting. Built-in temperature sensing guards against overheating on long climbs. Fits slotted dropouts.

eZee Kits

Grin has sold eZee geared hub motor kits since 2007. An excellent torque-to-weight ratio in a light, quiet package, freewheeling for easy coasting. Fits slotted dropouts.

GMAC Kits

The GMAC is a geared hub motor with powerful regenerative braking, a rare combination: strong climbing torque plus regen, on a cassette freehub, for almost any frame.

Nine Continent Kits

The Nine Continent FH212 and RH212 are value-priced direct drive hub motors: silent, regen-capable, and durable, with a 212mm rotor for extra torque and a modern cassette freehub. Heavier at about 6.5 kg. Fits slotted dropouts.

Specialty Kits

Conversion kits for bikes and projects that don't fit a standard hub kit: Brompton folders, tandems, recumbent trikes, longtail cargo bikes, and other specialty builds.
