V5 Baserunner for Torque Sensing Motors
V5 Baserunner_L10 Field Oriented Motor Controller modified for use with TSM-HCA5 Hubs with Integrated Torque Sensor. Flat Profile Fits Many Downtube Battery Enclosures. Custom wired L1019 Motor Plug with 12V and Torque.
The Baserunner_L10 is a compact field-oriented motor controller and enclosure that fits inside the Hailong and Reention downtube battery cradles. It is compatible with up to 14s (58V) battery packs, supports up to 80A peak phase current, and is terminated with an L1019 waterproof HiGo motor plug.
This model is customized from our standard V5 Baserunner controller for compatibility with the TSM-HCA5 hub motors which have a torque signal in the L1019 plug and use 12V for the hall power. The 6 pin MiniB PAS plug is repurposed to transmit the motor torque to the CA3 device through another parallel cable.

- 9-pin Cusmade Mains signal plug for harnesses, use to power rear light
- 6-pin HiGo MiniB Male - Transmits torque and motor RPM signals to CA3.
A computer setup is required to configure this controller to a given motor, and this requires the USB->TTL communications cable if you don't already have one. Users without an on-off switch on their battery should expect to wire in a separate switch on their own. Full Baserunner Information Page.
