16" ( ISO 349) ZAC19 Weinmann rim with eyelets, 25mm Wide, with 36 holes to allow lacing into most geared hub motors. 

Note that this nominal 16" fractional size is not the same as the 16" bicycle tire size typically found on kids bikes or on bike trailers, those use the ISO 305 spec which has a smaller bead diameter. This larger (ISO 349) 16" rim size is used by Brompton and Moulton bicycles and some recumbent bikes, and would be more aptly called an 18" rim if there was any consistency in the universe.
