Turned a rare 22inch BMX into a Pocket-Rocket! Used a Phaserunner and 72v 8ah Battery with Samsung 40T Cells giving the bike a peak power of 2600w!
Headless system with one throttle and a separate brake input to activate regen in the rear hub to aid with braking.
Lots of custom fabrication work went into this build, the battery was an extremely tight fit! We settled on a design that would allow the battery to be bolted in, and remveable only for service. The rear end was also lengthened slightly to make room for the motor, and to add stability at speed.
