All Axle rear drive City bike. Custom adapters on torque arm for working with horinztonal dropouts.
Replaces previous front eZee regen motor which had a torque arm spinout failure.

Started with a Surly Troll rigid suspension corrected frame. — Surly Troll

Removed rigid fork for suspension fork for more trail oriented riding. — Build Start

Overhauled 32 mm Fork for a plusher ride off road. — Upgraded vintage Fox fork added

Was able to still acquire all parts to bring the fork back to new specs.
Found broken top out spring and worn lowers — The details

Some guards fabricated to cut down on mud and water getting on chain and flying off front tire and onto the rider — Weather protection

Torque arm supplied was not suited to horizontal drop outs.Axle needed to be moved to extreme end to provide motor cable clearance — Fabrication of axle stops

Determining axle location to gain motor cable clearance. — Motor cable clearance

After discussing the issue with Justin I believe proper torque arms for locating cable aft of the dropout opening can now be supplied. — Modified torque arm.

Failed regen front hub style with dual torque arms versus new rear regen hub. — Front regen style vs new rear regen style.

I dont like hose clamps so a custom support fabricated for holding the torque arm in place. — Torque arm support
