Here's my 72V Rocky Mountain Fusion with RH212 hub motor, Frankenrunner controller, and Cycle Analyst. Powered by Dewalt's now discontinued 36V outdoor batteries in a custom, 3D printed, ABS plastic holder.

The 7.5Ah 36V batteries are connected in series (540Wh) and are easily swapped for longer trips. I commute to work (30km round trip) so the pannier bags are used daily. I changed the chainring to a larger size to make it a bit more road oriented. I'm also a huge evangelist for systems thinking.

These batteries power our Grin e-bikes, Grin wheelbarrow, an iSUP, a fishing kayak, an inflator, a 2000W emergency power pack, in addition to all the Dewalt lawn and garden gear.

Here are some bits and bobs from the build. All ABS parts were 3D printed using a Raise 3D Pro Plus printer.

This is the plastic piece that snaps onto the bike carrier and holds the Frankenrunner controller. — Frankenmount - Model

This is the ABS battery connector. the stainless steel strips soldered to the wires go into the slots. A strip of ABS (see 3D model) with keyed bumps gets glued to the larger connector, sandwiching the stainless tabs in place. — Battery connector
