Schwinn beach cruiser converted to front wheel drive electric. My second ebike conversion, a daily commuter. Got a used G310 geared hub laced in front wheel from eBay. Pulled this off on a budget. I built my own battery out of recycled Samsung 26F 18650 cells. I used 14s solder-less PCB stack for ease of repair and maintenance convenience,

still with the sketchy dried up original tires, couldn't wait! — after the first electric ride

not functional yet, but looking good. Got a used bike share (Uber Jump) motor from eBay for cheap. Had intermittent issues caused by cable exit short. Had to troubleshoot but got there in the end. — mock-up
