This bike's origins date back about twenty years... Everything on the bike except the handlebars has been swapped out since then. The frame is a Surly long tail with Xtracycle LT1 deck and components, plus various Yepp seats. The trailer is from Bikes at Work (modified). The fairing comes from Zzipper. The motor is a Grin FH212 with a Cycle analyst and Phaserunner.
