It is an electrically assisted tricycle with a full kitchen on the front box : two folding tables, a gas burner, a cooler, a water sink, a mini water pump, dual water reservoir for clean and waste water. We have used an RH212 kit to drive the rear wheel.
Dual tektro hydraulic disk brakes HD-T525, which include a parking brake for the front wheels
one mechanical disk brake for the rear wheel.
Laser-cut rear chassis using 2mm thick SS304 stainless steel.
12mm birch plywood to cover the front box structure.
Middle steering system using upper and lower pivots.
