Customer Supplied Rim

Grin has the ability to lace one of our hub motors into a rim that you supply rather than using one of our stock rims. This option is handy when you care about having an exact match between the front and rear wheels on your bike. 

Please contact Grin prior to order checkout to confirm the details with us and get an RMA number:

• Hole count in rim must match the number of holes in the motor (32 holes for All-Axle hubs, 36 for all other motors)
• Rim holes should be drilled out for 14 gauge spoke nipples. Rims drilled for oversized nipples like 12 gauge can't be used
• Rim should be in good general condition without dents or flat spots 
• Grin will assign an RMA number and shipping details for rim delivery. Any customs fees we have on receiving the rim will be charged back.
