The V3 Cycle Analyst is an integral part of this kit system that ties together the throttle, ebrake, PAS, and torque sensor signals into a highly configurable platform that can be readily customized for a range of performance behaviors you can't get anywhere else. As a display it may look a tad clunky, but the functionality it offers is simply unparalleled and continues to increase with each new firmware release.

There are a optional accessories that can help flush out the build, but be warned that most ebike electronics are only designed for up to 60V max operation. The items in the list below are all 72V compatible and will not fry from the high voltage battery.
You can get a bare hub and lace it into a suitable 32 hole rim yourself, or choose to get a professional wheelbuild done here at Grin using our stock rim selections and quality Sapim butted spokes. Our head wheelbuilder Robert has decades of experience and is renowned for building wheels that are nearly bombproof.
If you want Grin to do the wheelbuild, be sure to select either the Silver or Black spoke option from the dropdown menu, along with your preferred rim. By default all wheels will be be dished with the rim dead center between the dropouts, if you require some special dishing offset for an oddball frame please mention that in the order comments.
If you are doing your own wheelbuild into your own rim, be sure to specify the required spoke length in the order comments

The motor is available in 3 different winding speeds, but for high voltage applications you would usually choose the slow option, even for 20" wheels builds.
Statorade is recommended when the motor is being run at high power levels.
There are a range of axle adapters available for different quick release and thru-axle fork standards.
Throttles, ebrake levers, and pas sensors all play a roll in how you interact with the ebike. Torque and PAS sensor automatically power the bike whenever you pedal with an assist level controlled by the CA3's MFSwitch, while a throttle gives manual control. Please see our PAS info page for more details on these options
Unfortunately the torque sensors are not compatible with 72V systems when powered through the CA as it will overheat the regulator, so we only have basic PAS sensors listed with 72V setups.
The ebrake levers provide the means to activate regenerative braking, which can then be modulated by the throttle.
Most 72V batteries you find are rectangular packs held together by shrinkrwrap, but we've got some options for 72V batteries with proper molded enclosures that fit on your downtube or inside your frame triangle.
At the moment the only 72V compatible controller that Grin offers is our Phaserunner. This mounts easily to the bicycle frame tubing and supports peak phase current of up to 90A, with continuous current of 45-50A.
