Grin Front Max45 All-Axle hub motor SuperH Conversion kit with your choice of UART display, battery pack, and PAS/Torque sensor options. The high voltage kit is made to be to be fully compatible with 72V battery systems for higher speed offroad EV projects. There are a optional accessories that can help flush out the build, but be warned that most ebike electronics are only designed for up to 60V max operation. The items in the list below are all 72V compatible and will not fry from the high voltage battery.
Most 72V batteries you find are rectangular packs held together by shrinkrwrap, but we've got some options for 72V batteries with proper molded enclosures that fit on your downtube or inside your frame triangle.

Advanced Harness for Connecting Standard Displays, Throttles and Ebrakes to V6 Phaserunner / Baserunner Controllers. Supports Multiple Modes of Regen Braking, and Front and Rear Light Control.
Several display options are available to show basic information like bicycle speed, motor power, trip distance etc. through communication with the motor controller. The displays also provide the on/off power switch for the system and have up/down buttons to cycle through between 3 to 9 levels of pedal-assistance.
Throttles, ebrake levers, pas sensors, and torque sensors all play a roll in how you interact with the ebike. The Torque or PAS sensor plugs in directly to the motor controller and provide assistance based on the assist level of the display, while throttle and ebrakes hook up to the Main9 Superharness.

Even if you choose a PAS or Torque sensor as the primary control, we always recommend having a throttle as well. It can be handy to accelerate in tight situations and is great as a back-up if ever the pedal sensor has issues.

At the moment the only 72V compatible controller that Grin offers is our Phaserunner. This mounts easily to the bicycle frame tubing and supports peak phase current of up to 90A, with continuous current of 45-50A.
You can get a bare hub and lace it into a suitable 32 hole rim yourself, or choose to get a professional wheel build done here at Grin using our stock rim selections and quality Sapim butted spokes. Our head wheel builder Robert has decades of experience and is renowned for building wheels that are nearly bombproof.
If you want Grin to do the wheelbuild, be sure to select either the Silver or Black spoke option from the dropdown menu, along with your preferred rim. By default all wheels will be be dished with the rim dead center between the dropouts, if you require some special dishing offset for an oddball frame please mention that in the order comments.
If you are doing your own wheel build into your own rim, be sure to specify the required spoke length in the order comments to match your selected rim ERD and lacing pattern. If you require a wider rim than the ones we carry, you're welcome to source your own 32 hole fatbike rim and send it to us for your wheel build. Please get in touch with us to get an RMA # for the rim shipment.

The Front Max45 All-Axle motor is available in 2 different winding speeds; a slow 7.2 rpm/V option and a standard 9 rpm/V model. For 72V operation we generally recommend the slower motor winding to get the highest torque output given the 90A phase current limit of the Phaserunner motor controllers.
There are axle adapter sets for conventional 135mm slotted dropouts and for 15x150mm thru-axle dropouts commonly used with fabike frames. The motor can also be mounted single sided by people with their own fabrication tools using a 16mm steel axle and the DIY SS torque arm.
