HP Velotechnik Single Side Adapter, Right Side
Single Side Adapter for Pairing V3 All-Axle Motor to full suspension HP Velotechnik Trikes. Includes Spindle Shim, M8 Bolt, Torque Arm Plate, Caliper Offset Block, and 180mm Disc Rotor. For Right Wheel Installations.
This adapter set allows the use of the V3 All-Axle motor as a front hub drive on the popular HP Velotechnik trikes with full suspension. It does NOT fit non-suspension trikes as it secures to the fender mount. Convert either both right and left wheels (use the Left Wheel kit) or just run off a single side.
A spindle shim allows the 16mm motor bore to fit over the 12mm trike axle. A cap and 45mm long M8 bolt hold the motor on tight.
The motor torque is secured via a bent stainless steel plate that links the Single Side Adapter Plate to the two M6 fender bolts on the turn knuckle.
The kit also includes a post mount disc offset block that shifts the caliper 13mm farther out to line up with the disc rotor on the motor. This post mount block also locates the caliper 10mm back and thus needs a 180mm rather than 160mm rotor.
NOTE - This kit requires a Single Side Adapter Plate.
