V4 Baserunner_L10 Controller (36V Max)

The Baserunner_L10 is a compact field-oriented motor controller and enclosure that fits inside the Hailong and Reention downtube battery cradles. These V4 units were assembled using substitute mosfets that were prone to electrical ringing making them vulnerable to mosfet failures with higher voltage (48V / 52V) batteries. However, there are no problems with 36V packs and so they are being sold at a discount for applications that won't be exceeding 36V nominal. 

The baserunner purchased on its own has bare + and - lead wires that will need to be soldered to the pins of the connector present in your original base plate. We do separately sell spare spade and bullet connector sets if desired. 

Note that some of these units are used (mostly for very short periods only), but they have all been tested to be working fine at (nominal) 36V.

A computer setup is required to configure this controller to a given motor, and this requires the USB->TTL communications cable if you don't already have one. Users without an on-off switch on their battery should expect to wire in a separate switch on their own. Full Baserunner Information Page.
