I found your YouTube channel 2 years ago maybe longer. It inspired me to try a solar trailer for an e-scooter I got for free from fixing other people's stuff. Long story short the scooters are dumb lol it took me over a year to afford the cheapest e-bike kit and a 200$ bike from CT and it reused the trailer and made a solar stand out of steel instead of wood.
I just need some better batteries and I'm the lights-disabled Solar E-Biker around lol You can see my build on my YT channel @Ro-Bucks, it's about the only one I got up on there. I wish new of this before.
Grin is what got me into all of this. Thank you! I might need to sell this and I just made it but my new issue with range I think is my body now and that now very far. I need a recumbent trike to reduce the stress on my core cause of a rib deformity (Pectus excavatum) and bad back and hip.
I now have new plans for my solar setup and I'm building a solar setup for a friend, going to need to get some grin components for spare parts before my big adventure. Wish I had a friend with the guts to ride from Ontario to the grin shop with me but that's a big trip )
