The Cyclete is one of the best stand up bikes and with the addition of the Grin All Axle hub motor, a great E-bike.

The challenge with this style of bike is the limited options for the downtube battery placement, always on the front with the total weight of battery and motor to be unbalanced. So with a Topeak rear rack and a special 3D printed front bracket for it, the downtube battery is now in the rear as a good counter balance to the front motor. I really enjoyed working with the Grin All Axle motor for this install.

The Cyclete has a unique drive train that makes using a PAS disc challenging. Thus it was installed in the rear as the best place. — Cyclete drive train uses both chain and Gates belt drive.

The mounting of the downtube battery mount in the rear allows for using both smaller and larger sized downtube batteries. The front bracket needed to be strong, so a custom printed 3D part was a good investment. — Custom front bracket for Topeak rear rack.
