High powered experimental Fat bike with extremely modified liquid cooled Bafang G062 geared hub motor running peak 114A battery current out of custom built 60v 24Ah lockable downtube battery (16s6p Samsung 40T Daly 120 BMS).

Stock axle cable channel used also. — Custom wiring axle adapter

range extender can be added when needed. — Rear rack fast locking 60v 17.5Ah range extender

Connected to sensor and App with alarm setting and cvs export. — Bluetooth winding temperature logging device

Axle nut with locitite. — Grin V7 regen torque arm fitted on right side

Room for larger bearing for wiring inlet axle adapter. — G062 motor cover with vents and new bearing housing

All ready for final rebuild. — All wiring and cooling lines fitted

Battery current 2-3 sec 114A. After that 80-90A. — Max battery current measurement

Mobil SHC100 used
