This is my E-bike, I got it 5 years ago when I turned 14. It's a Super73 SG1, the Euro version.

As my first project I've been wanting to upgrade it with an All-Axle/Phaserunner/CA for a while but the 170mm dropout my bike has is hard to work with.
The All-Axle isn't at all meant to be able to work on these dropouts but I finally did it, and it works somewhat great!

The axle is made out of 316L stainless steel to resist as best as possible to corrosion. The motor on the cassette side can be held against the shoulder (right) by a nut / counter-nut system on the other end. I also made a spacer not shown here to put in between the nut and the torque arm side of the motor to protect it and the cables. — The axle

Machining stainless steel is actually pretty challenging due to its softness. On a 25cm axle it can bend out of shape easily. — The axle on the lathe

The dishing offset means the torque arm is farther away from the frame than usual. I used a large spacer to fasten it. — Torque arm spacer

The biggest issue I've encountered is that the tire is too large to let the chain get to the biggest sprockets. I'm only able to use 8 out of the 10 speeds. I had anticipated this could happen so no surprises though. — Drawbacks
