Battery Pack assembly
Recycled 18650s . Each of the 5 packs( 4p,14S) is air cooled, accessible, monitored, and individually fused. Thermal runaway is intrinsically subdued. A chain reaction highly improbable. Construction through the series assembly of 14 individual modules, each 4p, batteries clipped in (no welding). Plug and play. EACH BATTERY IS FUSED. ( hat tip to Tesla). Water proofing achieved with plastic bags slid up from the bottom, sealed at the top. A desiccant packet controlling moisture. Finally, each pack is suspended by shock cords, and hung over the frame much like a saddle on a horse....I've tried to break it in single tracks, and will keep trying.
