It’s an electric chopper designed with my teenage son with the specific goal of not looking like an e-bike. We spent months and months searching for batteries that were modular and that’s how we found Grin. Using the Grin system as the electrical foundation, we worked with The Cruiser Shop in Campbell California to build this up with the specific aesthetic of marrying it with the computer term bare metal server.

So we wanted literally nothing extra right down to using powder coating on the frame so we could should off the beautiful heat marks around the welds. This bike is the embodiment of form is function and engineering. My girlfriend loved it so much we built up a similar one for her… that’s painted with a gas tank and the opposite of the original.
