G311 Torque Arm

GRIN Inside torque arm for G311 front hub motors. Replaces the inside tabbed anti-rotation washer on disk side of axle with a proper torque arm that screws to fender eyelets. Especially important on bikes with Aluminum or Carbon Fiber forks where the dropout itself is at risk of spreading using just the tabbed washer.
